June Gloom has currently overtaken the previous weeks of sunshine, so it was time to pull out the pectin, sugar, and jars and get some strawberries from Spooner Farms.  :)  1 flat will make 3 batches of jam (about 4 pints each), just in case you didn't know. State law mandates that we have biweekly communication with our supervisory teacher; and this week we're doing an email conference.
