Audra's Kitty Slayer

Link above....My dear friend gets her five minutes of fame!! (on the video, not the text) :) :( But at the expense of MissyLou, her kitty. Here's the video link....I can only get it to work in IE, not firefox. Ah well.

So I'm trying to get a hold of Audra to find out if Fish and Wildlife caught that bad ol' puddy tat last night!

Big scary cat eating small defenseless puddies. It's not right!

We have a black vulture in our area (newsarticle)...not native you understand an escaped untamed pet vulture (who has a vulture for a pet??). It stands 3 feet tall and has a wingspan of 8 feet. Been seen in a nearby street. We've been told to keep pets in but our cat is already manic, so she needs to go out just hoping birdy will stay away.

Hope they catch the wild moggy, sounds pretty scary.

yikes...and in Puyallup no less. Ick. I thought Puyallup was tame. LOL! I hear about a few bears in this area from time to time.

ooh, "moggy" is a new word for me. I like it. And--erm, vultures? as pets? That's a herkin' big condor-like pet, how very charming! Put out some dead bunnies for it.
...then again who am I to judge, my husband used to keep a copperhead snake (poisonous) just because he thought it was cool.

And Rebecca, my friend who lives on the back side of Graham had a cougar in her fields once. But that's Graham, innit? This is stinking PUYALLUP, right across from the Safeway/Gart Sports/Michaels shopping center, between Meridian and its twin, 94th street. How did that thing get so far into town without being spotted? I won't go to Audra's after dark, for sure!

oh, I'm glad there aren't cougars in my backyard. Any news yet about the caught kitty?

I can't say what I'd do if one was on my porch at night. Moving comes to mind :)

Apparently the cougar has moved on for now. Probably lunching on my guinea pigs, unprotected while I am away in CA. (Bad joke)

So, nothing... the cougar remains on the loose!
