For 1/2 gallon:
- Bring 7 cups cold water to a rolling boil. Remove from heat.
- Add 10 chai tea bags; steep 3-5 minutes.
- Pour into 1/2 gallon pitcher. Add 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup sugar.
Enjoy hot or cold!
And if you use nonfat milk with Splenda or stevia....that's like almost zero points per cup!
