Paint Shop Pro, babaaay! Version 6.0! A DINOSAUR!! lol, but in general, it does what I want it to do--unless I don't know how to do it. I'm not willing to spend $ on Photoshop at this point because PSP is good enough :)
Whatever I want it to. .tiff, .pct (Mac), .jpg, .gif, .pic, .bmp, .png, even .psd (Photoshop). :)
